TERMS OF USE.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name], [registered address], Türkiye (“Krampo”, “we”, “us”), for using the Krampo iPhone app and getkrampo.com. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Krampo, and at least 16 if you live in the EU or UK (or the age set by your country, if different), unless a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you.
• One account per person. Give us a real email address you can access, and keep your password and devices safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

3. Using Krampo

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Krampo on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Krampo is free. If we ever offer paid features, we’ll show the price and terms before you pay, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

The app, the website, the design, the Krampo name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any right to them beyond using the app.

4. Your content

• You own it. Your notes, photos, ratings and the names you type are yours.
• You let us store and show it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and display your content only to run Krampo for you: to show it in the app, sync it between your devices, back it up, and make the share cards you ask for. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that are overwritten in the normal course (see the privacy policy).
• Only what’s yours to share. Add only photos and words you have the right to use. Take care with other people: don’t add photos or notes about someone that they wouldn’t want kept.
• Sharing is up to you. When you share a card to Instagram, Messages or anywhere else, you choose to publish it there, under that service’s terms.

5. Fair use

Don’t use Krampo to:

• break the law, or store content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• store other people’s private information without their permission;
• access another person’s account, or try to get around security or rate limits;
• scrape, copy or resell Krampo’s football data or content, or use automated means to access the service;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.

If you break these rules, we may remove content or suspend or close your account. Unless it would be unsafe or unlawful, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

6. Football data and club names

• Fixtures, scores, line-ups and other match data come from third-party data providers. They are usually right, but they can be late or wrong. Tell us and we’ll fix what we can.
• Krampo isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any club, league, federation or player. Club, competition, stadium and player names are used only as factual references to the matches you watched. All trademarks belong to their owners. Krampo shows no crests, logos or player photos.

7. Other services

Krampo works with services we don’t control, such as Sign in with Apple, the App Store and Instagram. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to Krampo

We keep improving Krampo, and we may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering Krampo, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice in the app and a way to export your log.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Krampo and delete your account at any time in You › Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. Sections 4 (for content you shared), 6 and 10–12 continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimer

Krampo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or that the football data is complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data you could have exported, or loss caused by things outside our reasonable control. Because Krampo is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [TRY 1,000 / EUR 50].

We don’t exclude or limit liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or intent, or under mandatory consumer law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email. If we can’t agree, the courts and enforcement offices of [Istanbul] have jurisdiction, and consumers in Türkiye can also apply to the consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and consumer courts.

If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Krampo or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If Krampo fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price (Krampo is free); Apple has no other warranty obligation for it. Apple isn’t responsible for any claims about Krampo, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or claims that Krampo infringes someone’s intellectual property; we are, as set out in these terms. You confirm that you aren’t in a country subject to a US Government embargo and aren’t on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then; continuing to use Krampo afterwards means you accept the new terms.
